Mr Jonathan Walsh

Jonathan Walsh is a high-level International Trade & Strategic Management Professional with over twenty years’ progressive senior executive experience within decision-making roles including Chief Executive, Chief Operations Officer, Commercial Director, General Manager, Management Consultant and Business Mentor.

Jonathan has spent his career working in International Trade, including 15 years in senior roles within industry here in the U.K. and Ireland, as well as in the Americas, Europe, Russia and Africa. He’s a Full Member of the Institute of Export & International Trade, a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and holds post & undergraduate qualifications in Management & Economics.

As a director in Fortior Insight, Jonathan specialises in supporting businesses to meet their cross-border trade obligations, and in particular, trading under the Northern Ireland Protocol. He also helps clients with new international market entry strategies, establishing supply chains and identifying strategic partners.

Accustomed to working with entrepreneurs and owner-managers, Jonathan has a specific interest, understanding and knowledge of working within family businesses, high potential start-up operations, and as part of small management teams.

Mr Stuart Anderson

Stuart has spent over 30 years in the corporate world as a Business Entrepreneur, Pioneer and Mentor.

Originally trained as an accountant (ACCA) in Belfast, he set up his first businesses in his 20’s including Northern Ireland’s first call centre bureau employing several hundred staff in multiple sites in the early nineties.

Since then, he has lived and worked on large projects in Northern Ireland, London, Mainland Europe, South East Asia, and in South America. These roles have enjoyed high level board positions including CEO, CFO, Chairman, and NED/Consultant.

Described as a ‘roll-your-sleeves-up’ manager, he enjoys the challenges associated with high growth businesses and working with imaginative entrepreneurs.

Stuart also specialises in raising business finance, almost exclusively from non High Street lenders, and is qualified and FCA regulated in providing Financial solutions to businesses.

Mr Reggie Ezeh

Reggie Ezeh is a Data Scientist and Senior Partner at Data Value, a data analytics consulting firm in Wilmington DE, USA. He has over 25 years’ experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Database design, predictive Modelling and Data Mining.

He has a bachelor’s degree in statistics as well as a Masters’ degree in information systems management. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Data Science.

Prior to Data Value, he was the Assistant Vice President for Global Analytics and Business Intelligence for ACE insurance group (Now Chubb). He also has extensive analytics experiences in financial services, healthcare, Insurance and technology.

Reggie has a keen interest in data governance strategies, data security and privacy. He has given talks at seminars across the word on actionable steps to protest critical data assets.

Reggie is also involved in initiatives to empower  small and medium sized businesses and government agencies utilize the insights in their data to grow their businesses and create sustainable value.  He is passionate about adherence to data management best practices and telling stories with data.

Ms Charlene Armour

Charlene Armour is CEO & Founder of Armour (Global) Ltd. She is a qualified Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Consultant, specialising in ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.

Having worked in this field for over a decade as an expert witness, consultant and auditor, across a wide range of sectors, Charlene specialises in ensuring businesses get best and most practical advice on how to protect their people, business operations and the environment.

Most recently, Charlene has launched a software product, Armour, designed to help SMEs with the identification of compliance gaps, management of ISOs and keeping up to date the health and safety legislation at a fraction of the cost.

Mr Peter Darroch

Peter has spent over 30 years in senior roles with major retailers and has an outstanding track record of achieving challenging commercial targets while developing the individuals and teams around him.

The early part of Peter’s career was spent with Safeway as a senior Retail Manager. He then joined TJX Europe, as Vice President, firstly heading up Store Operations in Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and subsequently Director of Loss Prevention for the UK and Ireland overseeing the TK Maxx and HomeSense chains.

These roles gave him a wide and varied experience from working in the  UK, ROI, US, Canada and Germany, to an aggressive store opening programme, resolving physical security issues, and dealing criminal acts and brand protection.

Peter now assists businesses as a Mentor and Coach, with a particular interest in working with growth businesses, to help them develop their teams and build a winning culture, advising on how best to plan for and deal with emergencies and critical incidents.

Mr Niall Parfitt

Niall Parfitt is a digital consultant with eighteen years experience in digital marketing having worked with a wide range of businesses from large organisations to SMEs including UTV, Acheson & Glover, Ulster Bank and Queen’s University.

Niall is experienced in all areas of digital marketing, certified in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Hubspot (Hubspot Partner) and Hootsuite. He is a specialist in LinkedIn, Lead Generation and B2B Marketing.

Niall holds a BA in Business and Management and was awarded the Belfast Telegraph Prize for Marketing. He also holds an MSc in Organisation and Management from Queens University, Belfast and a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Niall is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Mr Eugene Burns

Founder and owner of Brandlogik specialising in branding, design, web, ecommerce, WordPress, marketing, art direction and copywriting.

Eugene was the Creative Director for several top London branding and design agencies where he led major projects for clients such as BT, Visa, MTV Europe, Prudential, 3i and Lloyds TSB. He was head of design for accounting and consulting firm PKF (now part of BDO) in the City of London and has lots of experience in a wide rage of sectors and have worked on major projects in Europe, China, Japan and Silicon Valley.

Ms Teresa Madden

Teresa is an experienced International Trade Adviser, with a demonstrated history in international trade development and marketing, having worked for Northern Ireland’s leading economic development agencies for over 30 years. Using her skills in Strategic Business Planning, International Business Development and Market Research, Teresa has helped companies, across a diverse range of sectors, to maximise trade opportunities in markets across the globe. She is passionate about helping companies of all sizes, from start-ups through to multi-nationals, to develop and grow their international market share.

Teresa holds a Business Degree from Ulster University in International Business Management, majoring in International Sales & Marketing, and is currently an associate member of The Institute of Export and International Trade.
